Paneer Poha Payasam is a delicious payasam we make with freshly made paneer or chhena and poha/aval, suitable for any occasion, and during this Navratri season, it's an apt neivedyam.

Amma shared her recipe with me when I was asking her what to make for the neivedyam today. Sundays are always hectic, so I opted to make a simple and quick dish. It also means I need a new recipe. We wondered for a moment if we will like it.

If I hadn't made a series on Bengali Sweets series, I may not have liked it. However, ever since I did the Bengali Sweets with fresh chhena, everyone loves it. So we ended up liking this kheer a lot! This payasam surely tastes different and is very delicious with Poha. Not to mention it is so quick to make.

Do try it this season and enjoy!
