Peas Paratha is a filling delicious stuffed paratha made with fresh peas in season. Spiced with different flavours, this stuffed peas paratha is easy to make.
During winter when peas is in season, we often make different dishes with the fresh stock apart from freezeing major part of it for use during the later months. This time while I decided to make different stuffed flatbreads from countries, I thought one from India should be good.
I already have made with Stuffed Peas Paratha with wheat flour, Ragi Rotti with stuffed peas. Few Stuffed Peas Pooris, Matar Kachoris, Matar Luchi. I have enjoyed all these many more.
This for day 2 Stuffed Flatbread under BM#86 week 2

Peas paratha taste great. That sweetness of peas and spices mix altogether gives a nice flavour. We do prepare with frozen peas or fresh peas.
