Paneer Pakora or Paneer Bajji is a favorite snack that kids would love to enjoy for their evening snack. This deep-fried snack is very easy to make for a quick snack as well.

While Paneer Pakoras or Bajji as we call it in the South is something you can so quickly make for hungry kids. We call this Bajji as cubed paneer is dipped in thick batter and deep-fried. However, it is also called Pakoras in the North and so it is referred to as such too.

When we had loads of milk stocked, we ended up making this snack so very often sometime back. Kids would love this so much to munch on!

We are starting the final week of BM#110 and it's going to be Snacks this week. I have some Paneer 65 and another version of Paneer Pakoda

You can either use store-bought paneer or make it yourself at home.

For a quick reference to make paneer at home, see the basic recipe for Homemade Paneer, and another quick method to make paneer at home.

Once the Paneer is made, keep it aside to set. I normally use made homemade Paneer.
Cut into small cubes and keep it aside.
In a bowl, take the flours, salt, red chili powder, pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste. Slowly add water mix to a thick batter.
Meanwhile, heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, dip the paneer into the batter and drop in the oil for deep frying.
Cook on all sides and drain on to a kitchen towel.
    Serve it hot.
