Sharing is caring!

Paneer Pakora or Paneer Bajji is a favorite snack that kids would love to enjoy for their evening snack. These deep fried snack is very easy to make for a quick snack as well.

While Paneer Pakoras or Bajji as we call it in south, is something you can so quickly make for hungry kids. We call this Bajji as cubed paneer is dipped in thick batter and deep fried. However it is also called as Pakoras in north and so it is referred as such too.

When we had loads of milk stocked, we ended up making this snack so very often sometime back. Kids would love this so much to munch on!

We are starting the final week of BM#110 and its going to be Snacks this week. I have some Paneer 65 and another version of Paneer Pakoda

Paneer Pakora ~ Easy Snack for Kids

Make Paneer and keep it aside to set. I normally make with homemade Paneer.
Cut into small cubes and keep it aside.
In a bowl, take the flours, salt, red chili powder, pepper powder and ginger garlic paste. Slowly add water mix to a thick batter.
Meanwhile heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, dip the paneer into the batter and drop in the oil for deep frying.
Cook on all sides and drain on to a kitchen towel.
Serve it hot.
