Caramel Chocolate Sauce on Toast is a sinful indulgence you can have any time of the day! This creamy sauce tastes delicious over crispy toast for a quick breakfast.

When we had met for our BM#100 edition, Gayathri had made this caramel sauce for the cake. Whatever was leftover, I was enjoying the trip and on the final day, we even had it on toast. Even since then, I have been wanting to make it myself and I finally did sometime back.

Just as I thought my kids loved it and I even enjoyed the sauce on various things apart from enjoying it as such. This is a delicious sauce you can have on hand. You can use it as a topping over cakes, fillings, etc.

For the final day of Anything and Everything Chocolates, I had to share this toast coated with this yummy sauce!

These delicious Caramel Chocolate Sauce on Toast was part of the Sandwich Platter I made for my kids for the Thalis and Platters.

    For The Caramel Ganache:

In a heavy-bottomed pan, take sugar and water.
Allow it to caramelize without stirring. Once the sugar is totally caramelized, add butter and whisk immediately to reduce the temperature of the caramel.
Now add the cream and whisk for a minute.
Remove from the flame and add the chocolate.
Whisk until the chocolate melts and becomes a smooth mixture.
    Allow it to cool completely.

    For the toast

Toast the bread slices with butter on both sides.
When it turns nice crisp and well done, apply sauce over it and enjoy!
