    Mixed Nuts Rava Ladoo is an easy sweet you can make for this Diwali. All the ingredients you need are easy available in your pantry.

    Every Deepavali we make elaborate plans on making new sweets, savories and towards the actual D Day, we will have loads of Sweets and Savories that we prepare that ends up getting shared with friends and neighbors. I have always recorded the Deepavali celebrations we have had over years and this is a very special time spent with family.

    We used to visit our inlaws previously, then they used to visit us during this time. So this traditions continued. Then we started visiting our inlaw for Sankranthi. So Deepavali is spent in our home offlate. After a long time, my inlaws are visiting us this year.

    To start off the celebrations, I thought I will share some easy sweets that you can easily prepare for the festivals.

    We are starting our BM#93, and I will be sharing some quick dishes Diwali.

    Mixed Nuts Rava Ladoo ~ Easy Diwali Sweets

    How to make the Mixed Nuts Rava Ladoo

    Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a nonstick pan. Add the nuts like cashews, almonds, pistas, and walnut.
    Make sure to toss it well to roast on all sides.
    Remove to a plate and let it cool down. Then powder it to a fine powder, keep it aside.
    Roast the rava in the remaining ghee and keep it aside.
    Take the nuts powder along with rava and mix in sugar.
    Add milk slowly and pinch out small ladoos in your fist.
    Store them in a box.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Semolina / Rava
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1.75 cup Mixed Nuts (Cashews Almond, Pistas, Walnuts)
    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 2 tbsp Milk

      This is one of my favorite sweets but its ages since we made this at home. When I read the title, I thought you added roasted nuts to the rava mixture.Powdering it and adding to the mixture makes it so delicious!

      Adding milk for making rava ladoo is one of my fav. The addition of nuts surely makes them rich and apt for festivals mainly Diwali.
