Nawabi Aloo Masala is a rich creamy gravy you can serve with Naans or Rotis. Even Jeera Rice would be a great combination, and is an easy side dish to make.

Amma made this many weeks ago and we all liked it so much that we had to repeat it soon. This surely makes even a hurried weekday dinner special as this gravy is very creamy and rich.

This is for the Week 1 of BM#93 where I am doing I Ingredient 3 dishes with Potato as the main Ingredients.

With so much nuts, poppy seeds and kopra, the spice paste is so rich. With parathas this Nawabi aloo would taste so yum..

The nawabi aloo definitely looks like it. So creamy and full of flavor with the spices and nuts. I am already in love with the masala.

The gravy sounds very easy to make, but surely those ingredients are really rich! Surely sounds delish, and more tempting with those parathas...
