Aloo Paneer Bread Pakora is stuffed paneer coated with a spiced mashed potato sandwiched between two slices of bread dipped in a besan batter. They deep-fry and serve with sauces.

When we had our BM#75 meet at Delhi, we had a street food walk on Chandini Chow. The walk lasted the whole day and the memories for a lifetime! It isn't every day you will get to see so many different foods being prepared and enjoyed in a stretch.

We went prepared to taste as much as we could and I tried my best to sample dishes just to experience as I had strict instructions not to eat anything on the street.

However, these stuffed paneer bread pakoras were so sinful that I had to taste them. When I recreated the Delhi Street Food at home, I had to make these for myself. Trust me, these are simply addictive and so delicious.

Some of the other dishes I made for this thali were these Nagori Puri, Sooji Halwa, Jal Jeera
