Eggless Ghee Cookies or Nei Biscuit is a popular Bakery Style biscuits available across street vendors selling tea. This is one of the delicious treats you can get off the street food that is so enjoyable.

As always I plan to bake cookies in a bunch, this time also I planned for about four different flavours. Each flavour turned out great and this Nei Biscuit was the most favorite as Hubby Dear said he remembered his childhood incident when his classmate used to give these biscuits for her birthday.

I was so glad to know that and happy to document here. This is for day 4 Bakeathon.

Other Bakery style cookies you can make are these Basic Bakery Biscuit, Khara Biscuits, Osmania Biscuits, Iyengar Bakery Khara Biscuit
