Coffee Chocolate Mug Cake is an easy, eggless single-serve dessert that gets done in under 2 minutes. The best part is that even your kid can make this in the microwave.

While I was doing one of the April themes, I had included this as the dessert and had asked Konda to make it. Since the kids wanted one for each, she made 3 mugs and they all enjoyed it. However, while clicking the pictures, she completely forgot to click an individual picture and I finally had to crop this from the main picture.

I do have quite a few Mug Cakes and this one adds to the collection. I have some savory dishes made in Mug as well, so do check out the Mug Recipes in C4AS and Mug Dishes in SYL.

We are doing Anything and everything about Chocolate. This dessert was served as part of the Pyjama Party that I did for Thalis and Platters.

For more party menu ideas, check out the Thalis and Platters that would appeal to Elders, and Thalis & Platters that Kids would love!

In a Microwave safe bowl, take all the ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp Chocolate chip to the mug and mix well. Top the rest on the prepared mug.
Microwave the mug for 1.5 mins to 2 mins.

After 1.5 mins, check if it's done, else microwave for another 30 secs and let it rest for a minute before enjoying it.
