While I do have a huge list of brownie recipes that I can't decide which one is the best, each time I try a new recipe, we end up loving it.
Like today's brownie is a really intense, dense chocolatey brownie that has a good amount of butter, cocoa in it. So intense that you can see I haven't been able to get a clear look at the brownies.
Don't let the pictures mislead you, these are really so intense that you will get hit by the intense deep dark chocolate taste. I wanted to go the full length of using the entire dark chocolate recommended and wanted to see how it will be.
I mostly replace some amount with milk chocolate while making brownies. This time, it's just dark chocolate for you! Today's recipe is inspired by my Instagram feed. My feed is mostly brownies that keep going up all the time!

Step By Step Pictures for making The Best Fudgy Brownie Recipe

Place the curds over a sieve and let the whey water steep down. I kept it set in the fridge.
When you are ready to bake this brownie, butter your 8" square pan.
Take the chopped chocolate along with butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for a minute until the chocolate and butter melts.
Let this cool down to room temperature.
Using a whisk, beat it well.
In another bowl, beat the hung curds with powdered sugar or caster sugar until creamy.
Add the melted chocolate to this and beat well.

Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Add this to the chocolate mix. You can add nuts of your choice.
Combine everything well.
Transfer the batter to the baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 180C.
Bake at 180C for 30 minutes-35 minutes.
Let the brownies cool completely before you try and cut them.

You can use about 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Use 2 eggs instead of curds

Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate about 175 grams coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Butter unsalted about 113 grams
- 1 cup Caster Sugar about 200 grams
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour about 60 grams
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder about 4 grams
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder about 23grams
- 1 cup Hung Curds approx 285 grams
