Eggless Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream must be the most delicious combination of dishes you can indulge in! I can never get enough of these two dishes served for dessert!

Serve this Eggless Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream, topped with hot Chocolate Sauce!

How to make Eggless Chocolate Brownie

There are some dishes that tastes even more heavenly when paired with another dish. Nothing can beat a brownie with ice cream.

My most favorite combo dishes will always be a chocolate brownie with ice cream topped on it with chocolate sauce.

Chocolate Brownie Sizzler with Ice Cream topped with chocolate sauce is the most frequent dessert I always order when we dine out. The version we get in restaurants, are those decadent, rich dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream with hot dripping chocolate sauce poured over it. It surely a dish that takes you straight to heaven!

    Brownie with Icecream

The last time I remember enjoying a eggless chocolate brownie with ice cream was in a near by restaurant to my office. I went in with my colleagues and everybody felt that they would not be able to eat one by themselves! However, when the dessert was served we were disappointed that it wasn't enough for all of us. And it was so piping hot as it's served on a sizzler.

Though I have made many versions of Brownies and Ice creams, never made them together to be served. So I ensured I got two new recipes to try this combo. Everybody simply enjoyed their dessert and kids were after me wanting for more. For my chocoholic family, this was surely a treat.

    Substitutions & Variations

This Eggless Chocolate Brownie uses apple puree to make it eggless. A very simple brownie that you can easily make it vegan by replacing butter with any nut butter. I have used regular milk chocolate, however use dark chocolate for more intense flavour

    Equipment

Regular OTG works great for this brownie. I have used Microwave convection Oven in Convection mode to make this brownie.

How to store Eggless Chocolate Brownie

Baked brownie can be store in fridge for two to three days.

    Expert Tips

Always microwave to serve these brownie warm as it brings out excellent taste to the brownie.

      Thank you everybody!

Sowmya I have used Beets, bottle gourd, banana, haven't tried with other fruit purees. I think Prunes will work best as well. the apple puree in this recipe works as egg substitute when combined with baking powder. Other fruit cakes will have other egg substitutes. So you could try with other fruit purees as well.

Apple sauce is great egg substitute. I have always tried yogurt as egg replacer for brownies. Will give a try with apple sauce.
