Dry Bread Manchurian is a delicious deep-fried Indo Chinese snack made with bread and vegetables. Kids love this one as you can make it for their evening snack.

I made this one as part of the April BM, since there are too many dishes to be shared, I decided I might as well share some before. I am not about to share the main picture. Fried dry bread Manchurian is a total hit with my kids and they have been after me to make it again for them.

I love my own Indo-Chinese dishes as I further adapt them to our tastes and luckily kids love it too. Different versions of this snack are already done like the Cauliflower Manchurian and Vegetable Manchurian, so this bread version was liked much as well.

These dry manchurians make a wonderful pair with these Garlic Noodles.

    For the Manchurian

Wash and prep the vegetables, take them in a bowl.
Pulse the bread slices in a mixer to get a fine powder.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add water only if required, the mix should be tight as we will deep fry these balls.
Pinch out as small balls and freeze for 10 mins.
Remove and deep fry on low medium flame.
    Drain on a kitchen towel.

    For the Sauce

Heat nonstick pan with oil, add minced garlic, and saute well.
Add the spring onion white along with slit green chilies.
Saute well and add all the sauces to the pan.
Add little water to the sauce and cook. The sauce will get mixed well and done.
Now add the fried balls and toss well.
Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions green.
