One of the challenges I took to create was a theme based on A To Z Dosa Varieties

⚡ Instant Dosas & No Ferment Dosas
Quick and easy dosa recipes made without long fermentation, perfect for busy mornings or last-minute meals. Instant Dosas include recipes that you can make right away, while No ferment Dosas will require some 30 min to 1 hour prep time.
🌿 Dosa with Leafy Greens & Dosa With Spreads
If you have been wanting to include those healthy leafy greens in your diet, here are some tried and tested dosas with leafy greens incorporated. I have some very tasty interesting spreads that you can elevate your dosas as well!

So many new ones for me in this series . I love dosas but the idea of soaking and grinding , just makes me lazy but With your non fermented and instant Dosa’s , I might build courage to make those too .
Excellent round up , wonder if I will ever be able to do even half of them . A Double Mega BM surely calls for a celebration , kudos ! on this stupendous task !
