I wasn't ready with any dish done, excepting a handful. I ended up doing a set of Dosas on Saturdays and a set of Rotis on Sundays. Our weekends were overflowing with dosas and rotis for sure.

Such an amazing dosa series Valli!! Even after making dosas the whole of last month I have so many of yours to try out!

So many new ones for me in this series . I love dosas but the idea of soaking and grinding , just makes me lazy but With your non fermented and instant Dosa’s , I might build courage to make those too .
Excellent round up , wonder if I will ever be able to do even half of them . A Double Mega BM surely calls for a celebration , kudos ! on this stupendous task !

I'm amazed at the variety of dosas and other batter flatbreads. Amazing collection of which I've bookmarked a few. I get so stressed out doing the BM and you manage on two blogs... hats off to you Srivalli.
